Warm & Cozy Guide

Made with whole flaxseed and real lavender or chamomile.

  • Warm it up: Microwaves vary (about 500–1,650W), so treat these times as a starting point — strong microwaves need less. Center your pillow so it can rotate; if yours has no turntable, flip or shake it halfway to keep hot spots from scorching the flaxseed. Microwave 20–30 seconds, shake, and check the temp. Want toastier? Add 10-second bursts. (Neck wraps: up to 60–90 seconds total, in 15-second bursts.)

  • Chill out: Seal in a bag and freeze 1–2 hours. (Eye pillows and neck wraps only.)

  • Ahh: Eye pillows rest over closed eyes 10–15 minutes. Neck wraps drape over shoulders. Hand warmers go in pockets, hands, or laps.

  • Care: Spot clean only — flaxseed and water are not friends.

  • Safety: Always test the temperature first. Not for children under 3.

Charcoal Guide

  • Use: Toss one in shoes, gym bags, closets, drawers, or the car and let it quietly eat odors.

  • Spa day: Once a month, lay it in direct sunlight for 1–2 hours to recharge the charcoal.

  • Longevity: Good for about a year of odor duty.

  • Afterlife: Sprinkle the charcoal into garden soil — zero waste, pinky promise.

  • Keep dry. Please don't eat it — it's busy working.
